This training was originally planned by JAO aiming to improve the services of CheapDito.com to their customers. This was because, he as the owner, accepted the honest criticisms or bad reviews they received from their previous clients. This negative reviews or feedbacks were just 1% of the positive feedbacks they received (1 negative feedback out of 1,000 positive feedback), still this negative feedback made a very huge impact to the owner which led him to bring his department heads for a nice trip, relaxation training focusing on their CLIENT's satisfaction.
The main goal of this training is to make sure that each department will focus more on the customer's needs and concerns giving us (clients) 100% satisfaction rate - from phone calls to online inquiries until after sales. CheapDito.com "house of HyBrid gadgets" has so many plans for this year 2013 til 2014 that really need strong and determined people for each department for them to fully blast for a bigger and better CheapDito.com.
